Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow classes are fun, energetic and re-vitalising! These classes combine flowing sun salutations and yoga poses along with longer holds. This invigortating blend clears the mind, enables you to find strength and flexibility coming out of the class feeling refreshed and renewed. These classes will include a lot of movement so do come to class ready to move and breath. Beginners welcome.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow classes are mindful, calming and grounding. This class invites you to slow down, move intentionally improving general mobility, building strength in the body and calm in the mind. The slower pace makes it a great class for beginners and regular students alike. Many students include this one into their weekly schedule as it compliments vinyasa and dynamic flow perfectly.
Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow classes are perfect for those who really love to move, and challenge themselves. These classes are a similar pace to Vinyasa Flow but often include a few more dynamic, heat building movements with the breath as well as introductions to some more challenged postues. This class is open to all levels as appropriate cues and stages to postures are provided. This class will still allow plenty of time for breathing and relaxation to invigorate you.
